Intelcia has established its position as a regional leader in the customer relationship management sector over the last 20 years, and now reveals a new ambition: to become a global player in the outsourcing of multiple areas of expertise.
Having acquired two structures specialized in the outsourcing of IT solutions, Intelcia is kicking off 2020 with the creation of a new division of expertise: Intelcia IT Solutions.
The mission of Intelcia IT Solutions division is to strengthen the expertise portfolio of the Group in alignment with its diversification strategy, initiated a few years ago with the launch of digital services and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) activities.
The launch of the Intelcia IT Solutions division will be supported by the expertise of the acquired companies and will regroup different outsourcing solution services such as application development and management, infrastructure services, security, and testing.
Two companies specializing in IT solutions join the Group
SBS Morocco, created in 2009, is a company specializing in IP infrastructure (LAN, WAN, TOIP and security) offering service for large companies. The company employs nearly 120 collaborators.
ATEXO is the editor of software packages designed to provide support for clients in their IT projects. This independant company was created in 2002, and joined French investment firm Perfectis in 2008 to support development. ATEXO is based in Rabat, and employs approximately thirty staff members.
“It is with great enthusiasm that we enter this new phase of development at Intelcia. We are proud to welcome talents whose recognized skills and expertise will allow us to offer clients new outsourcing and integration solutions, with high added value”, remarked Youssef El Aoufir, Director General of the Group.
Malika AHMIDOUCH, Director of Intelcia IT solutions
The Intelcia IT Solutions division will be led by Malika AHMIDOUCH, who joined Intelcia in 2017 to launch its customer digital service activity, then managed the full range of commercial client services across all countries in which the Group operates. Malika has contributed significantly to the acquisition and launch of operations for many new clients in the various countries in which Intelcia is present.
Her current strategic objective is to turn this new business activity into a future growth driver for the Group, and to thus contribute to the positioning of Intelcia as a global player in outsourcing.
“For the past few years, we have been developing Intelcia to be a multi-expertise outsourcer. Thanks to the commitment of our collaborators and the trust of our clients, our Group has seen significant development over the past twenty years and has positioned itself as a multi-sectorial strategic partner in customer experience. Our ambition is to be able to rely upon our experience as an outsourcer, as well as the expertise of talents who have joined the Group, to accompany our clients in their IT solutions needs”, adds Youssef EL Aoufir.
