Casablanca, 14 July 2021 – Intelcia Group’s IT division continues to develop its service lines and has just launched two new business lines. The first one consists in an end-to-end service offer for telecom, fiber optics and mobile engineering.
The second is an Information Systems service for operators, which will include architects, developers and technical experts specialized in the telecom sector.
These two business lines will meet the needs of international clients who are expanding and deploying new telecom infrastructures. They will be operated from the offices of Intelcia IT Solutions in the 4 countries of establishment (Morocco, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, France).
By year-end 2022, the two new business lines will generate some 400 new jobs for experienced, senior and junior telecom engineers, qualified in OSS (Operations Support System) and BSS (Business Support System). IT Solutions has also launched a recruitment campaign for Domain Managers and Tech Leads (technical experts) for an effective start-up of the business next October. “We will start by laying the foundations of the two businesses by recruiting expert professionals who will be the pillars of the business. Then, we will recruit senior, high-level, and junior levels. IT Solutions offers each of these levels rewarding career paths, training, and skills development to enable young graduates to develop real skills in telecom IS”, explains Malika Ahmidouch, Director of Intelcia IT Solutions.
Indeed, the strong growth of the division's business provides mobility opportunities for employees, who can move to any position in the company, which is not the case for many other organizations. “At IT Solutions, managers face no restrictions in their career development; they can move to decision-making positions, support functions, corporate functions, etc. In addition, we have put in place a strategy to allow our employees to try out several different businesses, so that they don't become over-specialized. This is the big game changer and the strong added value that IT Solutions provides to its employees”, adds Malika Ahmidouch.
The launch of these two business lines will enable Intelcia Group's IT division to achieve strong growth in terms of revenues, which should increase twofold by year-end 2022, with strong prospects for 2023. Created in 2019, Intelcia IT Solutions has succeeded, in barely two years, in positioning itself as a key player. It now aims to become the North African IT leader by 2025.
