Casablanca, 22 February 2021 – With its most recent developments in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean, Intelcia is now poised to be a global player in outsourcing with a presence in 17 countries and a headcount of 30,000 employees by the end of 2021.
The Group is now stepping into a new growth phase after having established itself as a leader in the French-speaking market. Thus, to consolidate its presence in its new English-speaking territories and continue to develop its business on the 3 continents -Africa, Europe, America-, Intelcia has decided to conquer the “Talents” market by going global with its “Graduate Program”. This is a specific recruitment and training program launched in 2016 which is aimed at graduates of top business and engineering schools. The goal is to turn these talented individuals into international managers and future leaders capable of driving the Group's expansion into new territories and new areas of business.
The Graduate Program offers these young talents a complete three-year program, with 3 to 5 assignments ranging from 6 to 12 months in various corporate departments. They must spend some time in production in order to fully grasp the Group's core business. The program is marked by a 6-month international assignment. Over the course of the 3 years, the young talents also complete a concurrent training program on project management (PMP, CAPM), management, etc.
“This program is a career booster that provides these young talents with access to management positions after 3 years. Coached directly by the directors of the departments in which they work, the young talents get to manage various projects and at the same time benefit from a complete training program including certifications in project management and management”, explains Iman Benabdallah, Intelcia's Talent Management Director. Indeed, the program allows the talents to gain access to the highest decision-making bodies of the Group, thus giving them the opportunity to have a 360 vision of the company.
To date, 5 of the 18 graduates have completed the program. “The objective is for the Group to have the best skills to expand its footprint into new territories after having established itself as one of the top 5 French-speaking outsourcers,” explains Iman Benabdallah. For 2021, the Group intends to provide at least 1 talent to each of the 7 countries taking part in the Graduate Program, and possibly more depending on the needs of each country.
